Tom Fassbinder grew up in rural NE Iowa, where he developed a passion for studying, managing and hunting whitetail deer. His passion led him to develop and launch the innovative multi-media company, Fanatic Enterprises Inc. which focuses on the white-tailed deer.

Fassbinder’s background is in business and people management. He previously managed businesses with annual gross revenues of $25 million and oversaw more than 250 employees.

Fassbinder, husband of one, father of two is a whitetail deer hunting fanatic who enjoys pursuing deer with a plethora of gear including modern archery, modern muzzleloader, shotgun, pistol, rifle, photography and video equipment.

Tom is the Executive Publisher of Whitetail Fanatic magazine and Team Whitetail Fanatic Blood Trails, a free internet based newsletter. Tom is the author of Trophy Room Tales - a syndicated hunting column.

Tom sits on the board of directors of the non-profit 501(c) (3) organization Hunts of Hopes and Dreams, a charity which is dedicated to providing outdoor recreational experiences for people with disabilities and illnesses.
