We don't want to lose you as a member; however, if after receiving two issues of Whitetail Fanatic magazine, you are dissatisfied with the magazine, you may cancel the remaining issues and receive a refund. Just complete the following form and hit the submit button.

Subscriber ID: Your subscriber ID can be found on the address label of your Whitetail Fanatic Magazine.

Reason for leaving:

Allow 6-8 weeks for processing cancellations. Because our mailing list is sent to our printer ahead of the mailing date, you may receive additional copies of the magazine during processing depending on when we receive your cancellation notice. At the time your cancellation is processed, you will receive a refund equal to $1.07 for each unmailed issue.
