At WhitetailFanatic.com, we evaluate products
utilizing the highest ethical standards, even when evaluating
the products of our advertising partners. This evaluation
standard is unheard of in today's advertising driven market
but it ensures that our dedicated readers get an accurate
and unbiased perspective on products that will have a positive
impact on their personal hunting experiences. Additionally,
it serves to validate the product's usefulness to the consumer,
something that paid endorsements often fail to accomplish.
In the typical scenario, the manufacturer
or manufacturer's rep submits a product to us for independent
evaluation. All submissions, after they are tested and evaluated
by our team, become the property of WhitetailFanatic.com and
are then, if applicable, donated at the discretion of WhitetailFanatic.com,
to various hunting related non-profit organizations.
We evaluate each product on the following
characteristics:
• Design
• Engineering
• Quality
• Performance
• User friendliness
• Personal Experience
Products that meet the expectations of
our independent evaluation team well receive a FREE feature
in the Product Spotlight section along with either an "Approved"
rating or a prestigious "Editor's Choice"
award.
Due to space constraints, we will NOT allocate
space to products that fail or perform poorly in our evaluation.
In this case, we will notify company representative of the
problems and issues we encountered with said product and provide
constructive critique.
